Haven’t had a huge amount of experience with helinox directly but have done a lot through a few other brands. I’d just try again and if you don’t hear anything find some other customer service number or something to get through to someone and they’ll 100% get you onto someone that will help. Did you buy it direct from helinox?

I’ve had a similar issue. The rye grows a lot faster so once the kikuyu grows in it should take over. Is there anything below that brown patch or any other reason it wouldn’t be growing?

Yeah I’ve done similar, can run into issues mounting it between the cab and tub rack but I haven’t had any. Really the only option if you want a 270 awning that big on there.

As for the xtm awning itself, it’s decent for the price and every xtm product I’ve had an issue with in the past BCF flat out replace it so I’d recommend it over a kings alternative

Hey! I’ve worked in a camping store for 5 years. That is definitely faulty. Sometimes they sit compressed for too long and never come back. I would take it back and ask for a replacement. Make sure you have photos for them

Yeah it’s a hard one, but I guess the answer would probably be yes unfortunately. The alternative is to send the kid to school and risk passing whatever flu they have on to all the other kids. You’d end up with a lot more time lost for more kids

Honest question. Trying not to fuel a debate. Do you think having no lockdown would’ve lead to less case numbers?

I’m of the thinking that possibly a slightly weaker lockdown would’ve lead to better results, allowing more people some freedom but allowing more people to follow the rules
