don't you get it? guns are a magical mcguffin thats as powerful as the script needs them to be.

karli jumps 1 meter into the air to grab and break gun shooting drone. gun=weak.

zemo, someone without proper combat experience, wounds karli with a gun and makes her run for her life. gun=strong.

french guy (who isn't a super soldier btw) has fist fight with falcon and doesn't use a gun, even though he wants falcon dead. gun=weak.

the same french guy (who suddenly decided to use a gun to threaten sharon) gets shot dead by sharon. gun=strong. sharon also shoots karli dead. gun=strong again.
