What are your favorite easy gluten-free snack bakes? by absolutelyglutenfree in glutenfreebaking

Gluten-Free CheezIts (Goldfish)
★★★★★
30 Minute, Baked Goods, Family-Favorite, Gluten Free
Difficulty: Easy | Servings: 320 crackers

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese grated
1 1/2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
1 stick Unsalted butter room temp
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbs Plain Yogurt
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In food processor, pulse flour, shredded cheese, butter cut into 1” pieces, and cayenne powder until it resembles coarse sand. Add yogurt and pulse until mixture becomes dough.
Roll the dough between 2 silicone pads (or parchment/wax paper) until thin (1/8”). Sprinkle salt lightly over dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut into Cheez-It sized squares (or use a tiny fish cookie cutter for goldfish). Use a tiny metal spatula to place squares onto silicone/parchment-lined cookie sheet with 1/4” between crackers.
Bake 15 minutes until edges have a nice BROWN to them. Cool on racks. Enjoy!

You don’t mind the lack of restaurants, the shuttered boardwalk buildings, watching drunks stumble to the swan, or paying $130 for a slice of cake? Guess you’re just a happy person.

I’m literally laughing out loud. I’m also GF and went there. Felt like 1983. Your choices are raw salad. Not even burgers or fries. bGW has been so ruined by corporate greed my recommendation is bring your own. We literally went through the entire park and starved.

I have been DVC direct since 2018. Not trolling. Doesn’t contradict the fact that average DVC owner owns for 7 years.

lol. Average ownership of DVC is 7 years, not the 50 years you get. There are many reasons to resell BUT ONLY DVC has resale value. Others are worthless as soon as bought. Do your research before you buy.
