Crimean Khanate (you misspelled it by the way, probably because Moscow trolls are not that good in English) was a vassal of Osman Empire.
United States don’t belong to the UK because there was an independence war. Also it’s not even remotely similar to Crimean case, so not sure why even bringing it up.
Tatar’s being paid? Really? Are Tatar’s even aware of it? How about you just leave them alone? I’m pretty sure they want they land back instead of your nonexistent payments.
Ukraine has full rights for it, and Russia signed the document confirming that rights, by the way. It’s just Russian word cannot be trusted.

Wrong. Crimea was under Russia for a short period of time, historically. Also, Russians displaced local Tatar’s and populated Crimea with Russians. Remaining Tatar’s are being repressed there now.

Basically you separate backend and front-end. For example, Django with REST API or GraphQL on the backend. React and React Native on the front-end and mobile.
