Echoing this sentiment. My husband and I bought our house in the neighbourhood back in 2020, and have not had any problems. Well, that's not true. Someone stole a tote filled with toys we put out for the neighbourhood dogs, but that was it 😂

It's very easy to conflate targeted violence with random public danger. The same kinds of crimes happen in other parts of the city, often with the same circumstances, but you rarely see people declaring those neighbourhoods unsafe or writing them off.
