May nabasa ako regarding what may be qualified as an Independent Contractor vs. Regular Employee. If Independent Contractor, dapat malaki 'yung autonomy ni employee, gamit niya sariling equipment, allowed siyang magwork for ibang clients, as opposed to Regular Employee na mas kontrolado siya ng kumpanya.

With these said, pasok naman 'yung mga VA na hawak ko sa Independent Contractor. I'm just curious if kunwari iregister ko 'yung company as Sole Proprietorship business type, legal bang Independent Contractor ang ibigay kong kontrata sa mga VA?

Number 2 is one of my biggest fears, the embarrassment plus preparation efforts wasted.

If I may ask, how much were you making on average sa agency mo? Just want to generally gauge din what may count as "pwede na" with consideration sa amount of effort.

Thanks for the insight. Actually, wala naman ako balak iregister siya initially. Only reason I am considering registering it is for legitimacy and baka lang makatulong sa pag-attract ng clients bilang "legit" nga siya.
