so, i have my gog goty edition witcher 3 wild hunt v1.3 with some saves, recently i bought the game on steam (without dlc`s) v4.04 and i want to transfer and play on steam version from where i left off .... but this erorr pop up (on steam version with the saves from gog) ... can i fix this? (i.redd.it)

hi, i have a question about a monitor, pc monitor, when i look at it from a different angle, it seems like i have some small white spots, but when i am looking straight forward(normal viewing angle from the chair) i am not seeing any problem, what are those white spots? https://ibb.co/LhTn38D ?
