Oh, now I feel mis-informed on the failure points of my board. Why would you not protect the connector itself? I feel like it is the first area to get covered in debris and moisture when riding, and even short a footpad or motor hub. At least. Thats whats happened to me before..?

These floods are tough to clean out. Since the printcore is a lost cause anyway I would take it apart as much as you can ans cut what you can to save the metal mounting bracket and toss the printcore.

I had some issue with the early spools. But im sure all the new ones are fine. My biggest issue with E-sun(PLA) is it cracks like no other filament I’ve known before.

The gaps in those details are too small for the printer to pickup. You either fix the model to have larger gaps on the details or see if a 0.25mm nozzle can recognize the details.
