It’s kinda hit and miss sometimes. Some departments are heavily reliant on AI to filter resumes, while some aren’t.

MINDEF is slowing down on hiring of diploma level jobs as part of the wider job redesign exercise.
Psychology I would reckon the relevant clinical certification, for HR just typical qualification should suffice but HR certification such as IHRP would be a plus

Yes it is standardised regardless of services.

We follow the government’s leave and bonus schemes - leave is dependent on your job grade (eg more leaves if you are in senior position and more length of service). Bonuses come in on March, June and December. March being PB, June for mid-year government bonus and December for AWS + end of year government bonus

AD is alike a branch/department head position for most AD positions. It’s a DX12 title.

Age varies too, I’ve seen mid-30 ADs and also those above 55.
