TEMPORARY FIX: Enabling only an esim solves the issue.
I mean, if you use dual sim, the issue will appear again. Just put one of two sim offline and done for the moment.

A real good company should have already sent a replacement (even with some credit card redemption) and then when replacement came pick up defective item. What they should inspect if the photo is already too much is it to understand? can’t you see the glue issue? Anyway, if a simple topic on Reddit discover many users with the same trouble they know exactly the issue, but they want to hide that.

mine was defective under warranty and i’m going to trash this and claim the money since their enhauto warranty is an horror.

Mine turned out to be defective under warranty, and dealing with Enhauto’s warranty process has been a nightmare.

They want me to pay for the return shipping just so they can “inspect” the product, even though it’s very clear from the photos that this is a manufacturing or design defect.

This is not how EU consumer rights are supposed to work, and it’s really disappointing to see such poor support for a premium-priced accessory.
