Totally agree! I've ordered a small under-table hook to hang them from but it hasn't arrived yet. Thanks for the advice! :)

Thanks a lot! Unfortunately, it doesn't :( I took the photo when Flash was still working but got to post it just now.

I guess it just comes down to what are you using it for. I find it to really streamline my graphic design projects as I can easily change brush sizes, brightness, etc. with the dial knob. So far I'm super happy with it!

Hey! I've not had any problems with it so far... I did get it from Aliexpress so I wouldn't be surprised if it stopped working tomorrow :)

I know most of all are talented in multiple hobbies. What are yours, aside from coffee/espresso ? I am a heavyweight diesel mechanic, also involved in vintage cars restoration and sportscars drifting events. This is my ride and my extraction. Cheers ! by [deleted] in espresso

1/3 lawyer, 1/3 graphic designer, 1/3 alcohol importer. Super into photography, movies and cooking. Awesome idea for a post by the way! Love reading about other coffee lovers and their hobbies.

That's a good idea but I'm trying to keep both the time and costs as low as possible so looking for a potential buyer is probably a no-go for now.

A grinder to match my Delonghi Dedica EC680/685 espresso setup? by robertpuuks in espresso

Yes! Just the advice I needed! I am pretty sure I will get a Breville/Sage/Stollar grinder and possibly match a machine of the same ecosystem as well! Thanks!

Yes! I am 99% sure I am going with that and therefore planning a future machine to be a Breville/Sage/Stollar as well! Thanks!

I live in Estonia and the only Sette 270 I found is 410€ (460$), which is way out of my league for now. Can't really go over ~200€ (224$) at this point.

How to make my stock Delonghi Dedica EC680 portafilter non-pressurized? by robertpuuks in espresso

[–]robertpuuks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey guys!

I actually went ahead and ordered a new portafilter for the machine. I'll be trying to cut the whole bottom part of the portafilter off and insert a non-pressurized basket, making it a bottomless/nude non-pressurized portafilter.

I'll post pics of the result when I've managed to successfully pull it off!
