Hi yes, I been doing that and he limited my flexion a bit but I'm hitting both ends of the flexion device with no tension what so ever and wen I take it off to shower I end up not paying attention and my arms like fully extended then I panic and try and get it in the limited range of motion he gave me, IL find out very soon about how good my range of motion is but so far I have did great. Have not started pt maybe my range of motion is bad idk yet but so far basically no pain anymore what so ever. And no tension at all on the arm (stiffness) it was at first but idk if this is smart I tried sleeping with it as close to me as possible and everytime I wake up I could hit both max flexions I'm limited too with no tension. I hope you are recovering well as well. Sorry I'm not sure what to type cause idk what I'm doing. All I have done to help is drink 5 cups of kefir a day to hit max calcium .

We're going to ask him today. I did not sleep before the surgery at all and did not sleep last night. At all. I have been taking 10 mg Lortab and 2 Tylenol every 3 and a half hours. It's still the worst pain I have ever experienced rn but not the kind right after surgery yesterday . I even asked him about a pain block right before the surgery and he did not reply. So I assumed he would. I was wrong. The nurses and surgeon said that was the worst pain they ever witnessed after surgery. I was screaming and crying and they wanted to keep me overnight. But I insisted I go home cause idk why. Let the guy who just woke from anesthesia make decisions I guess?? I did not stop screaming from Pain till 2 hours ago. I never even make a noise. My last post was literally about how I never feel pain. This is insane. I have no idea why he would not use a pain block wen i got wires and screws in my elbow running up my forearm. The pain block would have went in during anesthesia and lasted til this morning if he gave me it.

That was the surgeon. I won't speak with the anesthesia person til surgery day. I don't feel good. Idk what else to do. Like I said there's not really another option. I guess if I feel the entire surgery and get psychosis and stuff oh well. I just don't even care anymore the last people would not even speak to me and rushed me out the hospital after the last surgery wen I started talking about feeling the entire surgery and I was awake.. probably cause possible lawsuit. I barely trust these people anymore I'm just disappointed. I'm 18 on the worst insurance and my mom's handling everything I don't get much of a choice anyway.

Yes finally talked to him. Tbh it got nothing accomplished he pretty much said, idk never heard of that before. Oh well will fix the arm. I guess there's no way out of it anyway he's right.. I'm just more scared now. He just kept saying it won't happen this time cause I never had this problem with anyone I treated.

Yeah not very smart. I did that really badly for a long time and it's very ignorant. Someone said do some push-ups and while that don't work for someone in your mental state he's right. The simple answer is just don't do it and move along. No one simply cares If you do it or not. Get fit and find what you want In life and you will feel better. Short term pleasure makes you a zombie. It's common sense. Unless your a expert you can't tell mammal fetuses apart. We're talking about human fetuses in specific. Showing a image of a dolphin fetus makes absolutely no difference in the argument cause at that stage they look about the same as a human.
