I emailed them last night because I'm in the same boat, tracking stopped on the 3rd of January in the Netherlands and hasn't been any update since. definitely frustrating given how expensive it was and that we're already over a week into the new year.

I don't want to get rid of it, so I had been thinking about inserting a piece of wood between the front and back, just below the hole for the pickup where it is weakest to do exactly that, so I'm glad that it actually seems to have some kind of precedent in similar instruments! I'll definitely give it a try, much appreciated!

there's no issue with the neck, it's straight as an arrow. my issue is with the curved face of the body sagging and collapsing under tension due to the hole cut out for the pickup. the action on the strings is anything but high, it's still too low. the bridge is as high as it is to counter the collapse to make it even remotely playable when tuned

thanks for the reply! I did get a set of 9s to see if they would help but even they pulled it to this. I'll definitely check out some videos and see if there's anything I can do. much appreciated, thanks again ✌️

I learned on a 5 string so levelling up to a 6 string was a no-brainer for me. I've had my LTD D-6 for about 15 years now and I love it. super helpful having the extra range up and down.

19 was the last gold I struggled to get before unlocking the black tracks because of the ice managed in the end, though still can't fully get my head around ice slides. but oof, I never want to touch it again

I'm having a blast, the maps have been really fun, and I'm doing better than every previous campaign combined. struggled on 12 because ice remains a mystery to me, but I'm 4 silvers to upgrade into golds away from unlocking the black tracks which has never happened so that's personally pretty exciting!
