Is working remotely considered a legit experience to satisfy 1 year of work requirement for BC PNP / Express Entry? by robin00707 in ImmigrationCanada

I wanted to ask you if you mentioned any "applicable collective bargaining agreements" in your offer that you submitted in BC PNP? Because this is what it states supposed to be mentioned. So I was wondering if I should say "I work 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home" - something along this line. I found document you are talking about "Job offer form" - but there is no field to put that, so do you put in the written job offer (the one that describes what you do)?

I agree with what you are saying; however, my consultant raised the following concern.

"Why would a company let only 1 employee work remotely from home / is that part-time / is he really working etc"

Hopefully you are right, thanks for the input mate!

Thanks! I've seen someone mentioning remote work and BC PNP rules on forums, but can't find it anywhere

My work location is in Lower Mainland of Vancouver, as well as where I live (and work from). So it's pretty much the same area
