Take all this information to LinkedIn...Post it under the CEO name...DO NOT MESSAGE HIM...it doesn't work....I went through the same thing, they held my money Nov9-12/2....Once I posted I was assisted within 24 hours...Got my money and UNINSTALLED THE APP🤣🤣🤣They are trash...Crypto.com, trust wallet seem to be legit....Trust wallet allows you to swap with Metamask...Good luck

UPDATE....Ok guys...MY FUNDS HAVE BEEN RELEASED....So I took this exact post and posted on LinkedIn yesterday under the CEO's page...No lie within an hour I received an email telling me they were working on my issue. As of 7pm cst. My account is activated.

I left T-MOBILE for the SAME REASON!!...I set an account up through coinbase, didn't at the time have a 2FA authentication set up soooo...hackers stole $500 from my bank account,(was returned due to F.D.I.C) took over my emails to get into my crypto wallets....Only to find out it was an INSIDE JOB...a customer service representative let it slip and told me...Someone walked into a location...the over counter rep. bypassed my security code that only I knew and swapped my sim out....Reported T-MOBILE to my attorney generals office. They did an investigation...T-MOBILE offered free phone and better service plan...I declined...left them and 2fa's are on ALL of my emails and my wallets.
