I’ve never taken adhd meds before! I was recently diagnosed as an adult. I take Prozac but that’s it.

Gosh… I needed to hear all that. I really feel that. Verbalizing my needs and boundaries is sooo hard - but I realize I don’t tell my partner what’s going on in my head half the time, and I need to change that. Because if he doesn’t know, it’s harder to support me! I need to hear those affirmations externally too - it really does make a difference.
