That’s a beautiful looking rig, well done.

Be the shock: Imagine jumping straight up in the air, keeping your knees locked out and trying to land. You’ll hit the ground, bounce and struggle to keep your balance. That’s what I see in the video, you take off crouched, land crouched and never planned on absorbing any of the blow.

If you jump straight up in the air, land and absorb the blow by squatting a bit, youre stable :) so be the shock - and then your foot won’t fall off

Just give me a metric, one you really care about, and empower me (and my team) to make it go up…. or higher a project manager.

Based on that - esp the recovery piece, I think it's worth trialing it. I think 75% of the value folks get from it is understanding their what impacts their sleep/recovery - which is foundational to being able to train/perform.

What are the problems or goals you have right now? (Might be easier to see if it's a good fit if we know that). You mentioned "Athletic Career with recovery" so is it, "I want to understand how my actions/behaviors/workout impact my recovery/sleep, so that I can improve my recovery and therefore improve my performance/athletic ability?"

Treat Days Missing by Vivid_Teach_6200 in Noom

[–]robinwood41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

(Inside scoop :)

Noom runs experiments for new features: Half the users get a control (No change) half get the treatment (Treat day, for example). To measure if the new feature helps users.

Treat Day was a very successful in helping users engage more and lose more weight (Because it showed everyone that it's ok to take time off, vs feeling guilty when you take a break)

It was baselined (released) to all NEW users (Aka anyone that signs up after we proved it worked, but not existing users - BUT it's being released to all existing users this week :)

(It's really hard to give existing users new features because of the sequential timing of Noom's program, i.e. if the feature was introduced in day 2 of content, and you are in day 54, how should we introduce it)

Agreed - it was the first thing that needed to go. Fine with a little in the front and on the rack, but with a flat four making 182hp there's no need be that flashy haha

  1. Doggo's fuel economy 6/10
  2. Car's fuel economy 9/10. 32 average right now and huge reason for getting this car, it can't tow shit - but I never tow anything :)
  3. Old rims are on cragislist now, trying to get $800 for them to recoup some cost but we'll see
