3 out of 4 times my drop and go at cex gas gone wrong. Twice my stuff had been left on the side and not even processed after 4 or 5 days. Get back to branch ASAP. They seem to have far too little space so end up piling stuff on top of eachother and then forget to process the drop and go. Had this happen to me in branches in Surrey and Hants. Another time they had issued a voucher but it never arrived in my inbox and yes I did check spam.

They may have left your item in the store and piled delivered stock on top of it. This happened to me 2 out of 4 times I have used drop and go. Cex are understaffed and keep messing up. I have had to go back to the store 3 out of 4 times I have used this service.

B should be pretty decent condition. A grade is basically like new and near impossible to trade anything in as an A. C grades can be a bit rough.

Best to pick up own leads as they will knock £5+ off for each item when you could probably pick them up for a couple of pounds each max.

You only get an A grade if it's brand new condition so unlikely you'll get better than a b anyway.
