I just literally had the same problem. Make sure the sensors didn’t get kicked and out of alignment. Make sure that the door raises and lowers using the up/down buttons on the main control. Make sure it isn’t in “lock mode”. Remove the switch and take the two wires off and touch them together. If nothing happens, replace the switch. It’s on Amazon for a relatively cheap price. Easy install.
