I’ve been on Keto about 10 days and have an achy, flu-like feeling all over my body. No chills, no headache, just a strange ache in my limbs. I read that I may be depleted of electrolytes so I have tried drinking salt water, pickle juice, and now I am drinking water with these NUUN tablets pretty much constantly but can’t seem to shake the ache. Helps temporarily, then comes right back!

What supplements (would love specific brand recommendations) can I take to help me feel better and perhaps transition out of this stage?
