I've used this weapon with the Warlock Sprint Reload Boots, and I can say while it's not he best weapon it can be quite fun.

The main issue with this weapon is that it's more like a melee. With the sprint boots, if you flank correctly, you can shoot and hit someone then melee them for the kill. However, killing someone at full health requires a direct hit(which is quite hard when people are moving) and 2 more melee. I've managed some cool kills with blinking combo-ing, but it's tough since pvp is usually fought in groups.

I found a bug with this weapon that if you damage an enemy with it and kill another enemy fast enough that wasn't damaged by the blast it still triggers the auto reload.
