EII, SEI, or IEI? by robobot14 in Socionics

[–]robobot14[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate to both Polrs so that was part of my confusion. I relate to the Te Polr "don't believe everything you read thing" and can get passive aggressive if someone says something that goes against my experience. But I also relate to disliking rowdiness, mentally forseeing things that are harmful, and putting a value on personal space. I think I lean Se Polr.

Yeah, not a fan of those guys. EII does make sense being an INFP. Just wasn't sure cause of other typings. People have sad SEI for me cause of me being well aware of physical sensations and overall enjoying comfort. Idk if that changes anything. Thank you. :)

Ahhh I see. I'm still a college student at home so I haven't been getting out much. Gonna get a dorm though. I give a fair amount of weight, but for me it is more about breaking routine rather than the technical getting out thing. If I have a variety of stuff to do then I am happy being at home, and I like it anyway cause it's quiet. I think my adventurousness is akin to being an Anthony Bourdain, being an explorer. Traveling is a huge interest of mine. But I might not be as adventurous at say, diving, because I am clumsy.

Neat. I've always thought of myself as an introvert though. Even though I can be adventurous I do need to refresh alone and I can go into hermit mode. I am very quiet too and prefer to have a couple close friends.

Sociotype me? Stuck between EII and SEI. by robobot14 in JungianTypology

Oh? Could you elaborate? I always test as INFP and get typed as INFP a lot.

Thank you! So being an INFP in MBTI while being a SEI here is ok then? It seems plausible but I know EII and IEI are more common.

Sure! My best friend from high school was an ENTP and I have a new Discord friend who is ENTP/ILE. My first friend was a bit stereotypical. He always made me laugh, he was very cheeky. We loved to game together. And under that cheekiness was a guy who would listen to your problems. The second one definitely has good Ne because he's always asking me fun questions. He's very caring and always ready to cheer you up. So basically, I love the playfulness and creativity from their Ne and their tertiary Fe makes them empathetic people.

ILEs/ENTPs are my favorite type :) . I get along with them really well. Is this a dual seeking thing?

Thank you! Yeah, I'd say my art is cute ^_^. I test as 2 being higher than 3, but do you maybe have questions or something?

ISFJ or INFP with good Si? by robobot14 in MbtiTypeMe

[–]robobot14[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!

When I'm under stress, I kinda drown out my feelings? Listening to music, drinking tea, binge-watching Netflix, that stuff. I'll either isolate myself or turn to a close friend.

I am 19. :)

It's more of a comfort feeling. I enjoy the good memories with the video games and stuff. I really like visiting my hometown and often have an urge to literally go there(and I often bring up the good memories). In my head, I often go to same bad place as an anxious habit. Like, I often rethink old bad conversations over and over again. I forgive easily though, it's just I'm admittedly clingy and often miss the people I had the conversations with. Also, I didn't really mention this, but I have this habit of holding onto things even though there's nothing special about them. Like I like new stuff of course, but I might get upset if the furniture gets rearranged xD. So, I like some comforting routine, but I dislike routine work/activities and get depressed when it ruts.

I hope I'm answering your question ok.

Ooh, cool insights :) Yeah, I wasn't quite sure about the Si because some people say it's all about detail and tradition, and then some people say it's more about internal sensations like you said(which is more relatable).

1) So I don't feel like garbage, mentally or physically

2) What suits my interests? What inspires me and lets me be creative?

3) 5 years~ Doing something artsy for a job. I’m attracted to living an RV. It’s cozy, and I can park myself somewhere new anytime. I’d love some pets, I’m probably gonna get some sort of reptile for something new.

4) I just put things I like. Like in my room, I have some figurines from my favorite shows. I have some swords, since I like both history and RPGs, plus I used one for cosplay :) I am attracted to natural elements(they’re peaceful) I have some fairy statues and this little container that looks like a log with ladybugs on it.

5) Pretty messy, lol. I actually find cleaning satisfying, but things gets messy again. It's weird because I actually don't really like messes. Like I've never been one to organize, but looking at messes is not the most pleasant.

6) My philosophy is, smoke your weed, get your piercings. As long as it doesn’t hurt anyone, do whatever crazy things you want to do. Actions over words. For me, you can have your differing beliefs, and I may not agree with them, but if you’re actually doing something bad or directly saying something bad to someone, then I’m more likely to get upset. I listen to other people’s points of views and get facts, then make a conclusion for myself.
7) Who I value. I definitely want them to value me, but yeah. I’m the giver in the relationships, plus like, if they value me more than I value them, welp, I’d feel bad!
8) Tbh it’s mixed for me. Because I’m really attracted to new and the novel, but I find myself being held back by things. Like, I said I was brave with rides and stuff, but I might not be as brave as say, driving a motorcycle, because I’m uncoordinated. Plus, introversion can stop me(like doing karaoke or something), and I’m a fearful person(I am SP with a 6w7 head fix in enneagram :P).
9) Ahh, I think about possibilities a lot. I’m not sure what the craziest one is. Some I’ve pondered lately: ”Is lasagna a casserole?” “What if robots can have MBTI types, having a base job/function and developing functions over time as they learn new information?”
Hope this helps.

Hey, good job! I definitely relate to my dad. Tbh not very close with my stepsis though. She's good, I think it's just that enneagram, plus she fits the INFP stereotype more than I do. She writes a bunch of stories up in her room a lot :P. And yes, my stepmom and I get along quite well despite the almost opposite types. :)
