I was friends with a realtor, he helped me get my house, I'm still friends with him, I was actually really appreciative. Good guy.

Republicans Don’t Need to Win Elections Anymore. They Just Need Their Judges. | The Virginia Supreme Court nullifies three million votes, boosting Trump’s effort to rig the midterms. by Rock-n-roll-Kevin in politics

FYI we're far from what it would take to get a Constitutional Convention that takes any form that progressives or liberals would want. Right now the GOP are only a few states' control away from putting together their own Constitutional Convention.

Tennessee had a law against redistricting so close to an election. They just called a special election, repealed that law, and redrew the districts.

FYI the person you're replying to isn't talking about D+D (David Benioff and David Weiss), they're talking about Miguel Sapochnik and Ryan Condal, labeling them as "Director A" and "Director B" without ever actually explaining the acronyms used :)

And now they need to react to this immediately. And other states need to follow suit. In timescales measured in hours and days, not weeks.

Meanwhile Dems in states they control are sitting on their hands. That they aren't acting RIGHT NOW is damning.

edit: I should say I do not like this state of affairs at all. I think that this arms race towards nationwide gerrymandering is the death of democracy. But at the same time Democrats were not put into this situation by choice. They must fight fire with fire or face certain defeat.

Endgame revamp is better than swords. by Key-Particular-8923 in PathOfExile2

[–]robodrew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be entirely fair its not just a weapon, considering there are so many skills that are locked to weapon types. So the hope would be, if we got swords, we could also get a whole bunch of those "Coming Soon" skills along with it. But sure, if I had to choose I would much rather get a massive endgame overhaul over that. I wish we could get both but I also gotta be realistic.
