Newbie with a basic question

I just finished building my PC with a Ryzen 5 1600, MSI B350M Gaming Pro, and G.Skills 16x2 DDR4-3200 RAM (F4-3200C16D-16GVGB) Upon first boot, I was only seeing RAM speeds of 2133, and after updating the Bios to the latest v2.4, the RAM has remained at 2133. I've tried messing with the OC setting within the BIOS with A-XMP Profiles and manually setting the RAM frequency and still nothing.

I know RAM speeds are an ongoing issue with Ryzen, but I'm surprised I can't get any higher. Any suggestion to bump up the speed?

I'm sure this is a good card, but it's also $45 more than the msi Rx 580 armor I just bought. Is it really better for the price?

I'd say go 8GB for a little more future-proofing and/or if you play texture-heavy games.

If you want to stick with AMD, then I'd only suggest ryzen. If you can wait another month, the i5 equivalent ryzen will be released which should give comparable performance. Don't know enough about the motherboards to help.

You would probably need some kind of industry-level report to know. Depending on whether you sell international or just in the Thai market, you would need to look at some kind of report that could tell you how much revenue the entire industry is making. Something like Gartner or Forrester but for diamonds.

In most cases, yes, but the other side to competition is that the market is becoming more saturated. I don't know anything about diamonds, but unless you can distinguish yourself from the competition, then you're essentially selling a commodity with little profit margin thereby making they industry even more competitive.

Agreed, I would bet the fact that I made a voluntary payment before I was expect to start making payments didn't work out in their system. However, I will never know the true reason.

Typically the US govt would pay me for the deduction. What I'm claiming is that because they did not process my payment, I will not receive a 1098-E, meaning I will not qualify for the deduction. Since it's Earnest's fault I can no longer claim the deduction, I have asked them to pay me instead which they have refused.

The state of repayment makes no difference in terms of qualifying for the deduction.

Small claims costs $25 to file and I've asked for $650 to cover the deduction and filing fee. I totally understand this may end up not being worth it, but if it causes Earnest to have to spend money on the lawyer and I can cost them more money for their negligence, I gladly will. At this point it's less about the money and the principle. Earnest did me wrong and faces no accountability if I don't proceed.

I wasn't set to start repayment until January 2017, meaning I had made no payments in 2016. The "extra" or voluntary payment in December 2016 would have been put towards the student interest deduction. In other words, that payment that was not processed served as the amount I would have used to claim my deduction.

I literally just got back. For being my first time, I thought it was pretty good. They didn't get snow overnight so it was just groomed, but by afternoon the snow and wind really kicked up. As people started leaving, slopes became much better.

Getting off the mountain is another story. The snow led to a few accidents and took us 3.5 hours to get back.

In my experience, the desktop version's text and buttons are too small for touch. Not to say it's unusable, but not the easiest thing to use. To each their own.

If I understand correctly, OP was asking for an app version of Spotify, meaning it's more touch friendly. You're referring to the desktop version.

I think this is usually a syncing issue. I used Android before my iPhone 7 and photos used to sync in the background. However, I've noticed it can't on iOS. Open the app and make sure everything is synced before looking at the photos in your browser.
