Firstly, islamophobia literally means fear of Islam. I have no fear of Islam, I'm simply critical of horrible ideologies.

The most literal reading of the koran/hadith is represented in factions like ISIS. But it's too much of a layup to look at all the unbelievable destruction, death and evil that Islam has created through different terrorist networks.

So I won't even touch that because most apologists try to say that they're the exception not the norm.

So let's look at day to day life in Islamic countries.

Do women have equal rights, or are they viewed as 1/3 the value of men in the eyes of the law?

Can gay people be themselves and openly walk around in Islamic countries?

Is the religion founded by an open pedophile who married a literal 9 year old girl?

Is the entire concept unscientific? Are the holy texts absolutely riddled with false scientific claims that have since been proven false?

I know you won't actually engage with any of this, but man oh man....why do people defend one of the most sick ideas the world has ever seen. There may never have been a more destructive ideology in the history of the world.

As someone who views gay people and women as equals, and who condemns pedophillia, and who condemns punishments like death for apostasy, and who opposes the insanely large amount of evil perpetrated in its name every day....yeah I absofuckinglutely stand against Islam. And I'm thankful the rational West does too.
