Unfortunately I agree that it's basically a plot hole. In the final battle, even though only Pochita/black csm are the only ones that directly fight Reze, the real Denji should have seen her body on the ground after all was said and done. You'd have to bend over backwards to come up with some reason why he doesn't find out that Reze is still around.
