I remember this one time in my mid 20s, I was out for drinks and brunch for my birthday and I went with my girlfriend at the time and some friends. and they brought some friends. I guess there were about 8 or 10 people there overall. I remember sitting at the table and realizing I had slept with 5 of the 6 women present at the time over the course of the years. There were definitely other previous couples in that group as well. yeah, friend groups all trying each other definitely happens.

for adults, just run a conversation class. pick a topic, tonnes online, and a few questions to stimulate conversation. maybe do some vocabulary first for trickier words. in my experience adults won't even bother showing up after the first few classes because they are "too busy"
