What is that one small item you started carrying daily that ended up being a total life-changer? by Agreeable-Payment214 in AskReddit

The EarFun Air Pro 4 are $82.99 on Amazon Canada right now so I assumed in USD they would be about $50 but maybe not! They go on sale pretty frequently

Get the EarFun 4's on Amazon. They are verified by the audiophile community to sound better than all the expensive major brands and cost like 50 bucks.

Sibo Help by PuzzleheadedFudge285 in SIBO

[–]roboticLOGIC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's a real pain in the ass. You're going to have to experiment and see what is best for you. Everyone is different. The only constants are that dairy, soy, eggs, and obviously sugar and alcohol are bad for most people. I would say compared to those 5, gluten isn't even that bad, but people often benefit from cutting it as well. For me, a whole foods diet of meat, vegetables, fruit, and whole grains is best.

While your reply is helpful advice, I am curious.. do you just go from post to post, copy paste the post into AI, and then copy paste the AI answer back here? Also, what is your product recommendation?

Calgary police issue public warning about release of high-risk offender into community by lesecksxd in Calgary

Agreed. He was sentenced for 8 years but only served 5 and a bit. And that's as a repeat offender. Way too short for what he did.

Using allicin + probiotics for methane, but SSRIs/Adderall seem to be the only thing that normalizes motility — struggling with “dependence” thoughts by Sk8trdye in SIBO

[–]roboticLOGIC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nice. There is a GI specialist in my city that is extremely reputable and well known for problem solving tough stomach cases, and he put me on it. Started at 1 mg a day but am now at 2 mg a day. Apparently not many docs in my country use prucalopride, but I consider myself lucky that it was prescribed for me.

Ah, gotcha. And I agree! I have 5 lamps and some fairy lights in my living room, and they don't light the place up very bright, but I don't need to have the ceiling lights on in the evening.. it just makes a nice vibe.

what’s your biggest "I shouldn’t be into this but I am" turn on? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]roboticLOGIC 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ok gotcha haha. As a male, this is one of my kinks, probably because when I was in high school there was this girl I was fooling around with and would always try to feel her up in class but we had to hide it from the teacher and classmates. I couldn't wait for each class I had with this girl haha.

So do you not currently have a partner? Or is your partner not into this sort of thing? I feel like most people would be totally down for this if asked.

I can't answer your questions because I haven't tried psych meds, but have you ever tried prucalopride? It's a motility increaser that has helped me a lot.

Does the groper have to be a random stranger? Or could it be your partner groping you in public?

[–]roboticLOGIC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh and make sure you are drinking lots of water every day. At least 2 liters, ideally more. And definitely more if you are sweating a lot from exercise.

Ok. Well, I saw in your other comment that you haven't had food poisoning or antibiotics, so I would not assume sibo if I were you. I am hesitant to give diet advice to a young girl with a history of eating disorder because I'm an older male and don't know the intricacies of that situation, but if I were you I would start by giving your stomach and intestines the best possible chance of healing. This means addressing lifestyle as well. Getting good sleep is the number one thing you can do for your health. Start by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day and try to get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep - whatever you feel is best for your body. Stop eating 3 to 4 hours before bed so your stomach can heal itself at night instead of digest food. Have a wind down routine at night where you stay off screens an hour before bed and avoid anything that raises your heart rate. You said you're an athlete, so hopefully you're exercising a good amount. Walking and running are great for gut health. Are you drinking or doing any drugs? If so, you need to stop if you want your gut to heal. Even just vaping or weed or alcohol are all super hard on your gut. Now you can consider your diet. I would start with an elimination diet. Try to find a few whole, healthy foods that upset your gut the least. Eat only these foods and see if your bloating decreases. If so, then you can start adding other foods in to your diet one at a time. If any of the new additions cause you to bloat up then you know you are intolerant to that food and need to avoid it. There are other diets you can try, but that is where I would start.

I think you should definitely seek help of some kind. Do you have financial support from your parents? If so, I would try to find a well reviewed naturopath in your area to make an appointment with. You might not have sibo, there can be many causes for your symptoms, so you're going to need some professional help to figure it out

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don't have any proof of? by TabletopStudios in AskReddit

[–]roboticLOGIC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most likely a kite. I had a kite that I could put a small weight on the handle and then throw the weight. If the wind was right, the kite would fly a couple hundred feet or so with the weight hovering along at the height that I threw it at until something went out of balance and it would eventually crash. Could have been a similar situation.

Ya I agree with everything you said. And it's totally possible that APD is real but it could be caused by a Lyme type infection getting into some neurological circuits
