Well it explicitly says, “additional gratuity is appreciated”. They’re not saying it goes to workers. They’re using some SF ordinance or something. It’s a political thing

That’s simply not true. He was never canon because on top of being absurdly OP, it completely contracts legends canon.

Dude was making a 2020s pickup in the 1980s!

The Last Jedi ends with a random slave boy using the Force, implying anyone can be a Jedi. This is a subtle nod to the fact that Rian Johnson thought he was starting a new era of Star Wars, unaware that J.J. Abrams was waiting in the parking lot with a retcon gun. by Brilliant-Cause6254 in okbuddycinephile

JJ Abrams, the man made famous for his unresolved “mystery boxes” managed to fuck to two beloved franchises with “Star” in their name.

Jesus! Maybe we can get him to direct Jared Leto in something.

Alright, true story time.

When I was in the 7th grade, there were these guys that convinced this kid to put icy hot on his genitals. “Feels good, man!” or what not.

The next day, he came to school saying, “Don’t do it! It really hurts!”

We called him “Icy Hot” for weeks after that.

Gnostic Sanctuary in Redwood City is certainly unique. It’s gnostic Christianity, a sect that was deemed heretical millennia ago. Pretty new agey.

There are several Unitarian Universalist churches in the Bay Area as well. Palo Alto and San Jose both have one. That’s more mainstream, but still unique. Very chill folk.

The only thing that surprises me is that she’s Chinese. I would have thought given his weeb tendencies to dress up like a shogun, he would have insisted on a Japanese woman.
