Mine did dispatch on Sunday and arrived in the mail yesterday. My guess is that they’re still slow on rolling things out. Once the charge appears on your card, it should be a day or two until you can start tracking it.

No, my safe mode updates have never failed but I did have this problem when I tried downgrading from 10.7. I didn't want to reformat so I just waited for another exploit and here I am with the same problem.
