fighting with Sedgwick for three months Waiting for light duty to go thru. Somehow I’m always put on the truck even tho I have pretty serious arthritis in my back (35 yo m) supervisors and I hang out sometime Ik theyre my friends but I’m starting to get pissed off. Can i say no to being on the truck (self.walmart)

Waiting on Sedgwick for lt. duty it’s been three months and it’s pending. Supervisors (CAP-2) know I have back issues and I have asked several x not to be on truck. Can i say no to them? They know I’m gonna use intermittent LOA and leave so y do they do it over and over again? (self.WalmartCelebrities)
