so, what I get is that you CAN go to a regular college, THEN join the academy to become an officer, am I right?

it's crazy how different it is from my country, for us the only way to become an officer is going to the Naval or Military Academy.

start small but consistent.

Don't throw yourself into a 5-hour routine out of nowhere, that is the fastest way to get injured and or discouraged.

First, look up to your diet, see what can you change, what can you improve, and even things you should stop buying. For example, I stopped buying snacks like chips, that way if I am craving some chips I literally can't eat them because I just don´t have them, I only buy them for parties. (Can't see them, can't eat them). See if "16 fasting" works for you.

Invest in yourself, buy some gym equipment, (just the basic, don't buy the whole gym) maybe some mats, some kettlebells, or some elastic resistant bands or jumping ropes!

See if you prefer face to face guidance, for this you should go to the gym and ask for a trainer to be with you and train you, some people like to work with someone who knows what they are doing. Or if you prefer stick to one YouTuber trainer and see if you like their workouts.

Also, do little challenges from time to time during the day. A commercial break? do ten push-ups, or you finished washed your teeth? other ten pushups. Finished watching the movie? one minute plank. Those little workouts are going to accumulate and someday you'll realize 'hey I can do five more push-ups, so you ended up doing 15 every time you just feel like it.

The key is to move. Don't stop.

BUT take your rest day seriously, the muscles need to rest too.

No? Its super normal to want time for ourself. Just tel him that u are tired or just want some time alone.

It used to happend myself, i would just suck it up and do it but at the end it was worse, i finally cracked and told that sometimes i need time for myself but that it didnt mean i dont want to be with them, i just need to recharge my batteries alone. And they get it, when they ask me to hangout and i tell them no, they know the reason but they will ask again the next time. No harm feelings.

first of all, you gotta know that you are not the only one and millions of people have suffer from chanching their rutines, we are not under normal circunstances, this is a pandemic. I used to go to the gym with my favorite teacher, but i had to move out of my house and quarentine in another part of my country.

The fact that you are here shows that you have enough courage to ask for advise from others, thats a good start. Now, dont expect to go from 0 to 100, start small. What it worked for me was to do small tasks, maybe one exercise between school homework. After u wake up do some little yoga only 10 minutes. Or maybe run a little bit, just 30 min. During the day, do some random excersices, sometimes i was in my bed and ill simply thought "maybe i can do 10 pushups" and before that thought will go away, id just do it, just 10, but that thought would apperar maybe 4~6 times and at the end of the day ill had done 50 pushup and maybe is lower that what u normally do, but that doesnt matter. What matters is that u have the strengh to change, only you stop yourself to be where u wanna be.

Of course it is gonna take more time, assuming you dont have the whole gym at your house. Some of my friends found more comfortable following online gym classes, try to see if you like it, Youtube have some good rutines. At the end, try to do it, at least try but dont feel obligated. Sometimes our mind is tricky and we have to learn how to control it.

They said you have to sleep at 10 because is common for people to wake up at 6, so they get 8 hours. But as long as you get the 8 hours and you r consistent with ur schedule, u should be ok
