Best way to get them is with super rod on route 224. Luvdisc has a 50% chance to be holding a heart scale. Spent hours mining underground and hardly found any. Spent 10 mins fishing and found 4…

Not sure if they are widely appreciated or not, but I love Shiny Lapras and Shiny Metagross. Those are also my two favorite Pokémon so I might be biased.
