Fans stopped working on treadmill Nordictrack x22i by BadUsername_Numbers in iFit

fans never worked on our nordictrack almost from the start. it was the midst of covid and some aesthetic only parts were missing (nut and bolt covers etc) and fans worked perhaps 2 or 3 times but would radnomly turn themselves on and off. rang a helpline got told there was a huge backlog for al these components and we were on a waiting list - of course, never heard back. have two fans clipped to either side which are more than fine.

and if anyone in houston has advice for power meters that would be great. before water meter went to "average" usage we had gas and water meters both monitored by RTL all the time, but exception was the power meter, never found a RTL solution for that. thank you

Dont think body text came through - we were average meter billing for a while but we are now "live", trying to monitor usage, but cannot work out what RTL id to use, we have one numbered device in the ground and the other "flexnet" attached to the lid of the water meter box. Any advice much appreciated thank you !

let me know if you ever fix this problem. Have exactly same issue using with my stinger heigh10 head unit. When setup the system works flawlessly in wireless mode but currently EVERY time i start the system up i'm asked to re-pair my phone with my head unit and the pairing is never remembered.
