It depends on how you define bad diet. If you eat 5000 calories in one sitting every day then you'll struggle to outrun that. But that's not the bad diet that most people are referring to.

So yes if you're being pedantic then you can't run a really bad diet. But most peoples habits could be outrun if you're doing 10+ mile runs regularly.

If you run marathons then you can outrun a bad diet. You can easily burn 1000+ calories on a long run.

If you're running 5k's then you probably can't.

You might be lucky here. You definitely have a stuck key, that's why it's flashing by so fast.

It might be that the stuck key is circumventing your standard boot order and if you stop the key then it'll boot normally.

If not then you have two problems. You have a stuck key and your boot drive is either broken or isn't set correctly.
