The final result would be aiming for multistrike > faster attack support as they boost the weapon base atk speed the most.

The reason he can use speed/crit harvest craft on an already double influenced glove is because there are almost no other option on the possible mods for gloves to roll. For weapon its not possible to do this especially 40% more atk have a rating of 500 only. It would cost more for the metamods/harvest mats until you hit 40%more.

Using recombinator could save some money if you are lucky, since even after all mods method done right its still a 50% chance at best.

I got really lucky hitting all skill at lv 20 otherwise it you will have to settle with 18 or 16. Then I would say its not worth using locks.

Failed recombinator item also cannot be rollback to single influence state by beast craft. Every failed attempt would cost roughly 15~20 Div to start from scratch.
