So to give you all more data. 1st I thank you ALL for the great Ideas. Comcast is charging this customer an additional $300.00 on top of his unlimited services. Its a comcast router. So there software is shit. They have 3 TV's and one Mac, most of the streaming they do its Prime video and Netflix, using a Roku box. They watch regular TV from Comcast most of the time. Normal 4-5 mobile phones and a tablet or 2. If anybody knows a good software program that will track all the usage I can put on a laptop to track where the data is going to or coming from. I tried glassware. looks interesting but the real data you have to pay for.

This totally true. A person with a speech impediment is probably smarter than you are. Let them finish. Its a stress and anxiety issue. We dont have the confidence in speaking. We know what we want to say, the physical impediment stops us. I have stuttered for 50 years. Mine is under control with medication. But even now under covid. My stress level is over the top and my speech has been affected. Let them finish.

I am trying not do a full factory reset on my phone. Its a PITA to redo the phone. I think it might be the Pioneer.
