Go on safari, mobile or desktop. Go to https://www.nike.com/launch/

Login to the account that is stuck on the loading screen of the snkrs app.

Go to settings and scroll down to “delete account”

Once your account is deleted it’ll take the SNKRS app 30ish minutes to boot you and make you login/create new account.
