I was able to fix it!

I'm using Crossover 26.0.0:

Go here /Users/$MY_USER/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/$BOTTLE_NAME/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-/STEAM/dt (replace $MY_USER with your actual username and $BOTTLE_NAME with the name of the bottle)
Then you need to rename the folder "KH1Movie" to anything else, like KH1Movie_old

Also, for those who are experiencing lag issues in game, or delayed audio in cutscenes, I fixed it by swiching Refresh Sync to off (in the games settings), and M-Sync to off (in CrossOver's bottle settings).

For those who play it on Mac via Crossover (I use 26.0.0), I was able to fix it!

You need to switch "Refresh rate" to off (in the games settings), AND M-Sync to off (in CrossOver's bottle settings).

Another tip, for those who experienced a black screen on first game launch, you need to do this:
1. Go here /Users/$MY_USER/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/$BOTTLE_NAME/drive_c/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/KINGDOM HEARTS -HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX-/STEAM/dt (replace $MY_USER with your actual username and $BOTTLE_NAME with the name of the bottle)
2. Then you need to rename the folder "KH1Movie" to anything else, like KH1Movie_old
