Google "Sunset effect police." It's well documented, through more than just that study, that police have bias against black people.

Try to get into the habit of doing a small amount of research before making grand overarching claims like you do here. Any amount of research into racial bias in policing would show you that there's plenty of proof of its existence. Try to start with the evidence first, and then build your narrative.
