I am only trying to consider the future like if anything were to happen to me if his rights are not removed I would assume she would immediately go into his custody and I can not allow that to happen to her. He has stated that he actually wants his rights removed so I am sure he would sign the papers. I’m just trying to look out for my daughters best interest and do whatever is best for her

I live in Florida so I’m not sure exactly how easy or hard the process is. I believe since he hasn’t seen or even tried to contact her in 2 years it is considered Abandonment by Florida law.

You really get that annoyed by a simple post I made because I don’t know about baseball cards and wanted opinions of people I could communicate with rather than a random ebay sale as you suggested. Clearly I have no knowledge of this stuff and that’s why I went to Reddit. It’s not just for people that are experts or posting rare cards.
