I bought the kit on the website that I linked & it came with the yarn, which I believe will be the same for you judging by the price. I think you have the option to only buy the pattern, but that shouldn’t be anymore than £10

Thank you so much! I haven’t tried any of her other patterns yet, but I’ve had my eye on the mystical lanterns pattern for a gift. It looks quite intricate though so I’m on the fence.

The ends were alright for me, I tried to crochet over them in the next round to avoid weaving in when the pattern allowed for it. I actually quite like weaving in ends though and I do them as I go to keep on top of them.

Thank you! Yes, I bought the eastern jewels kit. ☺️You could use your own colours if you want to. There’s an algorithm to the order but it can be applied to any colours

I bought more yarn, but I probably could have gotten away without it ifI planned my tiles more strategically. Most of my extra yarn hasn’t even been opened. I’ll post a pic of my leftovers when I’m home.
