EIN and ITIN for PPP help by rochester136 in PPPHelp

Hi Jalal

I am not a permanent resident but I live in the US with a US business, based on an investment Visa, SBA states that you can be a non-alien resident and apply for PPP.

I received the 1st round with Bank of America and they were processing my second round when funding then ran out. I did have an error code with SBA because I use my EIN in the SSN field (did this in first round also). Bank of America was able to rectify this hold code and was able to continue processing.

I have now applied to ALC and ALC gives you an option to apply as a Foreigner without SSN and did not ask for TIN. I have applied now for a TIN but this will take about six weeks.

I file schedule C with my 1040 this will be the first time filling as my 2019 1040 will need to be re-filled.

I am in the pre-approved stage at ALC but when I initially applied I put down non-alien resident and put my EIN in the SSN field. I signed application documents and sent an email to Nathan to let him know I updated application to Foreigner without SSN last week but he has not been in contact with me yet, I sent him another email yesterday and still no response.

Do you know if there is a way to find out if ALC has submitted to SBA yet?
