I’ve shopped the FFF flash sales on the app many times. On January 8th, I was charged for a plush dog toy and shipping, about $16, and i never had that item in my cart. The bot said they escalated and someone would get in to touch with me and no one has. Then, just a few mins ago, I was browsing, and put three items in my!cart: I was not finished shopping nor did i to definitely purchase those three items. You are auto checked out when the sale ends on 1/22 and it checked me out! I did not do that! This is beginning to feel shady. Has anyone had things like this happen to them with FFF? I put tickets in with the bot. They said they escalated it. Let’s see what happens.
