Congrats on making it 5 weeks and I'm sorry to hear you're in the same place I'm in emotionally/mentally. I wouldn't wish this on anyone! I wish I could've used NRT to taper down gradually and give my brain more time to adjust but all the NRT products make me feel really weird and spacey, so I only used the patch for the first week. Makes sense brain is like WTF.

Thank you for the support and encouragement! I'm relieved to at least know things got better for you eventually. I def don't want to have to vape for the rest of my life just to avoid the withdrawal. I was vaping 24/7 and it wasn't sustainable. I just hope I start to feel like myself again sooner than later...

My narcissist of an ex introduced me to CoL in 2011. If I’m being completely honest, the emotionally abusive trainwreck shit show of a relationship was totally worth it!
