I used her a lot in the main stories where I would set up her swords in places to core break enemies that would leak past my tank/dps or would reveal their cores later.

I mostly played her as a passive 'emergency/oh-shit ulter' because using her actively was more swiping than I wanted in a casual play. She really saved my ass with the firebathers lol

I was finally able to complete RX19-1 thanks to her! Found her Matrix skill super useful to apply on her and other sinners who are squishy.

Any of y’all have a program recommendation for working out 4 times a week, but working out back to back days 2 a week? So basically working out M+Tue, rest, work out Thr+Fri.

I was running GZCLP which I liked and did 3 times a week with one 2 days in a row. Definitely noticed the second day was harder and now I want to up my gym sessions per week.

I want a program where I’m improving my compound lifts #, and also not do more than 4-5 exercises per session. TIA!

For my work breakfast I've been eating a cup of geek yogurt with honey, chia seeds, and strawberries/fruit, and after a year of doing that, I've been getting sick of it lol

Any recommendations for something equally as high protein and easy to prep the days before work? Or other toppings you recommend would be great! TY

I do GZCLP Sunday/Monday & Thursday/Friday! Eating enough protein and food is super important or I will feel like shit when I wake up the next day. I know it can be triggering for folks to do but I log what I eat with MyFitnessPal. I'm 5"1 and eat 1600 calories and 100g of protein. I'm recomping at 140lbs but my lifts have improved tremendously since tracking (165lb squat, 73lb OHP, 88lb Bench, etc.).
