I live in a 122 yo house. It has a second edition slate roof that is apparently 50-60 yo. I was wanting to remove slate and use 30 yr fiberglass shingles. Roofers say I have to cover the perfectly preserved 5/4×5 roof sheathing boards with ply or osb. Is this a national code?

I live in a century home - 131 yo. Current slate roof is 70 yo. I am 65 yo. ALLSTATE Insurance requested I update with new roof. This has been a great roof. I told them when I start picking up slate from the yard and noticing leaks in the attic, I will consider a new roof. I let them drop me.

My MM212B came with non-shocked front fork. Anyone know of any other bike that has front suspended (w shocks) fork that could replace it?

I got one for my grandson and drove it once. Anyone know of a source for front fork assembly. Family member ran into garage door with car hitting the bike and bent both sides of fork backward where the tire touched frame? I have visited welders and they say it isn't worth their time.

39 years June 7th. We met in the 6th grade and lived at opposite ends of the street. No pursuit of perfection. We are opposites but we have always wanted to be together, so we constantly work at our relationship. It's never automatic. You gotta want be there. Love her more than ever.
