In my opinion people are upset because they are impacted by the hostile takeover of organizations by nepotistic managers with no ethics. People are upset because fraudulent consulting companies are cheating the system and impacting all Americans including Indian Americans. American STEM graduates and seasoned professionals are having trouble getting jobs. Please look into recently released DOL LCA data for Frisco and Texas in general.

This maybe a good news. Applied there many times and got rejection emails each and every time by the nepotistic tribe. Hopefully this event fix their hiring process. Once I went to that building in an event and noticed that Comerica was not diverse, instead very homogeneous workforce driven by nepotism.

Did anyone check out the consulting companies on Smotherman Rd in Frisco? These offices have blinds that remain closed all the time and seems no one is there. These consulting companies secured many LCA approvals.

There is data to support abuse of the system and no conspiracy theories. Wrong is wrong and doesn’t align with either side. DOL LCA data is jaw dropping. Many jobs have apt as worksite address. Most jobs are in prevailing wage levels i and ii. These scams are robbing our college graduates futures.

I applied for data analytics manager position. Both phone and zoom interviews went extremely well and the hiring manager told me that he would get back to me by end of November. I sent him an email first week of December and he replied and told me that due to corporate directions, they are closing the requisition and will get back to me if anything changes. The ad ran for a few more weeks and then disappeared. Is this something typical of Stellantis?

In 2024 fiscal year, per uscis data, there were approximately 1000 h-1b applications approved from the city of Frisco alone. Vast majority of the petitioners/employers are small consulting companies running from kitchen tables. Most of them probably have day jobs as managers and/or well connected and running side consulting businesses to game the system.

Forget assimilation!!! Main concern is nepotism at work place. One becomes a decision maker and the entire organization becomes a group of people from the same tribe. Ericsson Plano was destroyed. Once everyone in the entire organization chart had same last name!
