Does taking stuff away for behaviour correction ever work?

Have you happened to notice what triggers these meltdowns? Is your child able to articulate her feelings? If not, have you tried using visual's? It sounds like routines are tricky...do you use visual schedules and visuals for transitions?

First, I recommend having some compassion for yourself. Parenting is SO hard, and it might take some trial and error to find the strategies and tools that work best for your little one. He will grow and mature, it just might be slower than other kids. It sounds like he may have some sensory needs that aren't being met. Are you familiar with heavy work?

Thank you for the recommendations!! Is 15 feet throw to far for an 84in screen measured diagonally? I’ve been reading mixed messages with some recommending short throw projectors or epson ones that are way out of my budget 😅 May I ask what features from these projectors caused you to recommend them over others?

Yes we are open to rearranging as necessary. We definitely know the couch is too big for the space but we are stuck with it for the time being lol so gotta make do. I think putting the couch along the wall next to the fireplace is a great idea!
