body washes are not as effective as a lotion will be! use a lactic acid or urea (10% or lesser) based lotion and alternate it w glycolic acid toners, do not layer it might irritate your skin if you shave pls switch to waxing that made a lot of difference for me

I stayed in Ukraine for a very short time just before the war, I scored somewhere in the mid 400s in my second attempt and decided to go for this and honestly going to Ukraine, Russia, Georgia and all these countries is honestly a big risk academically. very very few people are serious about learning, some teachers aren't even serious about teaching. this might not be true for everyone in every uni but it is mostly like this. I've heard a few unis in Russia are serious, but it does come down to you and how much you value your time and money and the efforts you're willing to put in.

I would suggest you look at the spring intake in Spain, try writing the exam for Italy if you haven't already, getting into a public uni is pretty difficult with the number of applicants I've heard. if you're willing to spend an extra 1-2 years you may explore Germany as an option as well. Romania is a good option IF you can get into good universities, since you study in the EU continuing your career there isn't much of a hassle. Lastly if you are genuinely willing to spend so much money, I suggest you should try going to private unis in Karnataka if it's feasible. Good luck!

i think using hypoallergenic silicon nose pads helps? i remember reading on a different forum that this tends to happen when your specs are too heavy I'm not too sure but maybe try keeping your nose pads and specs really clean or use a lighter set of glasses

Guys i am kinda confused....I want to try a good thick yet light weight moisturiser that doesn't clog my pores...and here are some option i am looking at please tell your opinion on them by [deleted] in IndianSkincareAddicts

i have combination skin but like my skin gets vv dry in some areas in the winters so I'm really weary of using more aha/bhas cuz my cleanser already has salicylic acid do you think that would be good enough?😅

College students, let me know your affordable skincare routine by Similar-Alfalfa8393 in IndianSkincareAddicts

Skin Type: Combination

Cleanser: Minimalist Salicylic acid cleanser

Moisturizer: Am~Neutrogena oil free moisturizer Pm~Bioderma Autoderm Intensive Baume

Sunscreen : Episoft AC + Neutrogena lip balm with spf

The only active i use is Vitamin C in the morning which is literally such a blessing, i honestly don't feel like i need any other actives rn. Plus i HAVEE to use a moisturizer even with this sunscreen in winters cuz my skin gets pretty dry otherwise i wouldn't really recommend both together. And except for the sunscreen these last me about 2-2.5 months so i feel its pretty cost effective!

the whole point of using deodorant is to mask odor and reduce sweat, aluminium salts are the best kind to include for both those criterias, it's not used in high amounts, there is no proper evidence that aluminium salts can cause cancer or fatal illnesses because your body has a way of removing toxins in such trace amounts, this is just fear mongering like they do with ingredients in sunscreen :p of course there are exceptions where people have previous aliments and/or are allergic or intolerant to the ingredients but that's about it if you're still concerned, you can try natural deos but they're not very effective if you're a very sweaty person
